Classes

Spin, sculpt, + strength:
guided with intention.

Our classes include spin, sculpt, strength, and HIIT-inspired movement, designed to challenge you while remaining supportive and approachable.

 

We offer 30-minute lunch-hour spin sessions for an efficient reset, as well as 45-minute full classes that allow for deeper work, intentional stretch, and recovery. Each class is led with care, focusing on mindful movement, individual effort, and consistency over perfection.
